Dr. Mary Rogers

Since 1986, I have worked at the church pastored by my husband. In addition to my role as pastor's wife, I also served as Director of Christian Education.

Some of my duties include curriculum development for ministries, training staff, evaluation of ministries and staff of volunteers and to provide counseling services to families and children.
 
At present, I am redirecting my career and am focusing more on a ministry opportunity that will afford me to reach more people through "counseling" services and post graduate education.
 
Organizing this website has been a tremendous blessing and I am privileged to have the prayerful support of those around me. And, most of all, my husband and friend. Further, I am grateful to the Heavenly Father for allowing me to have had the success in working with families and children and for proclaiming the Good News - the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

About Us

Start Smart Consultants Ministry, also known as CSS was founded by Dr. Mary Rogers in 2003. It's an organization primarily designed for women and minority women entrepreneurs who aspire to maximize their potential and become women of excellence and influence by starting a business, advancing their educational career, or professional development training.
 
The following is a few of our accomplishments since we were founded in 2003.

    • CSS has hosted book writing seminars for women who desired to publish their first book.
    • CSS has given scholarships toward the Book Writing Seminar.
    • CSS partnered with a publisher to give a substantial discount toward the publishing of their books.
    • CSS has given computer equipment to women starting a greeting cards business.
    • CSS has provided countless hours of counseling for families and children absolute free of charge.

Although we are primarily a women's organization, we are committed to working with anyone, male or female, who has the desire to cultivate, education, or advance in life.
